SHE is the newest member of Toonys herd
Her design was inspirited by the movie "Matrix" so was her name
I didn't add some shadings, cause I thought it would looks much better without them

Gender: Mare
Neo has a pretty strong self-confidence but she's also a very nice mare. Her appearance is a bit unusual and her real breed is unknown.
Her green markings are shining when it's dark outside
Neo is smart and loves it to see herself in the medium sharp
She asked Toony if he would let her join his herd and he said yes
